Spring City, TN -- Spring City Middle School baseball team continued its good play with a dominating 13-1 win over visiting Oakdale on Monday night. Robert Burns picked up the win on the mound with solid pitching, and Jim Cunningham pitched the fifth inning to finish the game. Burns had six strike outs in four innings of work and surrendered one hit. With the win, the Bulldogs ran their record to 9-3.

Eight differet batters had hits for the Bulldogs and ten different players scored at least one run in the game. Robert Burns and Ethan Mosley each had 2 hits to add to the ten hits by the Bulldogs.
