Rose Center, in partnership with the Hamblen County Garden Club, Theatre Guild Inc, and Children's Entrepreneur Market of Knoxville sponsored by Morristown Tire and Performance Center, is to host the "Spring Thyme in the Garden" festival on Saturday, April 27th, 2024, from 10 am to 5 pm. This free, family-friendly event promises a delightful day filled with activities, workshops, and a vibrant marketplace.
Home Depot will provide young attendees the ability to unleash their creativity by painting a flowerpot and planting wildflower seeds. Theatre Guild Inc. immerse yourself in the magic of "Alice in Wonderland" with a fun game of croquet alongside her whimsical characters such as the Queen of Hearts and Alice herself. Keep Hamblen-Morristown Beautiful will provide a kid’s bottle toss game.
Thirty-five vendors will be selling fresh produce, delicious baked goods, natural skincare, pottery, woodworking, macrame, wire-wrapped jewelry, and honey. Food trucks will be available all day. Discover a vast selection of plants at the super plant sale, meticulously organized by the Hamblen County Garden Club.
Pre-registration is required for our hands-on educational workshops. Leatherworking with Bobby Solis, Macrame with Kristy Dunlap, Micro Greens with Jennifer Decker, and Pottery with Mary Mullins. Please register by April 22nd
