RMS Winds Down Season: Last Game Thursday vs DCS

Benton, TN -- Rhea Middle defeated the Chilhowee Middle School Bobcats in Polk county Thursday with a final score of 32 to 22. Despite a surprise score from Chilhowee Middle School on the first kickoff, it was all Rhea varsity for the rest of the first half with a TD and 4 conversions by Cole Mayberry, an interception and touchdown by Kamdon Riley and touchdowns from Briley Mayberry and Kaleb Martin to give Rhea Middle a 32-6 lead at halftime.

After dominating the first half, several varsity players took a break while Kaden Knox showed he's one to watch in future games. CMS scored late in the 4th but couldn't get enough momentum to win.

Rhea Middle will end their season with a home game against DCS on Thursday night, which will be 8th grade night.
