Eagles Run Record to 18-10, On Road at Walker on 2/7/25

Madisonville, TN -- Rhea County High School basketball won 71-27 over Sequoyah to run their season record to 18-10 with the win on the road. Sammy Ervvin led the Eagles to a 20-7 first quarter lead with 8 points in the quarter. Six different Eagles made the scorebook in the 2nd quarter as Eagles ran lead up to 36-13. Caleb Carr tallied 7 of his game high 13 points in the 3rd quarter as Eagles continued to build the lead at 61-23. It was a good opportunity for reserves as 3 different reserves scored in the last quarter of the game. Five different Rhea County players scored in double figures for the game, including Caleb Carr 13, Sammy Ervin 11, Bryce Garrison 10, Keshawn Smith 10 and Braylon Geer 10. Keshawn led the Eagles with 6 rebounds.
