Sweetwater Wins Over Rhea Middle Boys 33-17
Sweetwater, TN - 11/21/22
Rhea Middle School basketball won 28-21 over Sweetwater on the road on Tuesday night. Abigayle Kelly led the Lady Eagles with 12 points and made 2 3-point baskets. Anna Hennessee and Presley Bradshaw scored 6 and 5 points respectively. Sweetwater took the early lead with 6-4 first quarter lead and 12-11 halftime lead. Lady Eagles exploded for 14-2 third quarter with Kelly scoring 7 of those points. Sweetwater battled back in 4th, but could not make up the gap and Lady Eagles won 28-21. Sweetwater scoring was Baylee Boher 12, Britton Isbill 4, Emory Woodruff 2 and, A.G. Stamey 3

Sweetwater led early and never gave up the lead against the Eagles. 9-2, 9-4 quarter scores put Sweetwater at 18-6 at halftime on their way to the 33-17 win.
