Lady Eagles outscored Lady Redskins 7-5 to cut margin to 15-11 at the halftime juncute. Jenna Burchard and Lakyn Lockhart accounted for 9 of the Rhea County 11 points in first half. Julia Hatcher's 3-point basketball gave Loudn a 24-11 lead with five minutes remaining in the first half. Rhea Came back with a 9-5 run to cut margin to 27-20 at the end of three quarters. The Lady Eagles made a move in the middle of the 4th quarter take the lead at 33-31 with 2:30 left in the game on Kloe Reeves free throws. Bailey Burnette put the Lady Redskins in front 34-33 with 2:25 left in game. Cammie Ruehling hit the sideline jumper with 1:57 left to give Lady Eagles the 35-34 lead with 1:57 left in game. ZZ Twilley hit 2 free throws to give Loudon the 36-35 lead and Lady Eagles did not score the rest of the game in the 39-35 loss.
