February 6, 1950 - November 14, 2025 

Reitha Kellogg, 75, of Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, passed away at CHI Memorial Hospital on November 14, 2025. A lifelong resident of the area, she was born on February 6, 1950, in Bakewell, Tennessee, to Charles and Robbie Smith Worthington.

Affectionately known as “Gran-Gran,” Reitha was a loving, selfless, and caring woman who deeply loved God, her church family, and singing in the choir. Her gentle spirit and devotion to others touched everyone who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Robbie Worthington.

Reitha is survived by her daughters, Christina (Spencer) Smith and Jessica (Jarvis) Smith; sisters, Jeanie Martin, Marilyn (Willie B) Ervin, Carolyn Rankin, and Jacqueline Worthington; grandchildren, Marquis Smith, Craig (Lindsey) Smith, Jasmine (Deonte) Clark, Ariana (Eli) Mayberry, Javaria (Logan) Smith, Addison Smith, Jarvis Smith, Jr.,  and Jaeda Smith; and great-grandchildren, Desmine Clark, Demauri Clark, Deliyah Clark, Paxton Smith, Palace Smith, Elyza Mayberry, Azia Mayberry, Deonte Clark Jr., Kamryn Smith, and Elyonte Smith.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Tyrus Chislom officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the service hour at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
