Pamela Ann Higdon, age 61, of Pikeville, Tennessee, passed away at her home on January 15, 2026, with her family at her side. She was born on December 3, 1964, to Troy and Betty Thurman Goins.

Pamela was a lifelong resident of the area and a devoted member of the Church of God faith. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who embraced life fully and shared her joy with those around her. Pamela was a compassionate listener who was always willing to help anyone in need. In her free time, she enjoyed working on vehicles and spending time on the farm with her animals, especially her beloved dog and horse.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her husband, Eddie Higdon; children, Brittany (T.J. Alley) Golliher, Rhonda (Jerry) Leffew, and Richard (Casey) Fugate; sisters, Tammy Goins, Janet Pitts, and Lori Shelton; and grandchildren, Chloe Golliher, Brayden Golliher, Mavrick Alley, Karlea Fugate, Waylon Fugate, Gregory Smith, Moya Devault, Danika Devault, Lexus Leffew, Staysha Bowers, Wesley Leffew, and T.J. Leffew. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

A private family viewing will be held, and there will be no services.
