Ms. Judy Brooks, 77, of Dayton, TN passed away during her stay at Health Center at Standifer Place December 6, 2025. Judy was a member of the Garrison Baptist Church where she shared her faith in Jesus. She loved helping others and was a very loving person in her own way. She loved her nieces and nephews and spending time with her family. Judy was also a lifelong hairdresser practicing her trade entirely in Rhea County.

Ms. Brooks is preceded in death by her parents, Willard and Dixie Stinnett Brooks and two brothers, Billy and Dwight Brooks.

Judy leaves behind two brothers, Carroll (Carol) Brooks and Larry Brooks; and one sister Dean (Mike) Crawley.

Funeral Service will be held in the chapel of Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 2PM with Pastor Steve James officiating. The family will receive friends from 12 until service time. Burial will follow in Garrison Cemetery.
