Imogene Garrison Robbins Obituary

Imogene Garrison Robbins age 91 of Spring City, Tennessee died on Monday, November 4, 2024 at Golden Years Retirement Resort in Spring City.

She was born on August 25, 1933 to the late Grover Cleveland and Nellie Mae Monday Garrison and was a lifetime resident of this area. Imogene was a graduate of Spring City High School, “Class of 1951”. She worked as a sales clerk in various businesses around Spring City. Imogene last worked as a floral designer at Alma’s Flowers and Gift Shop. Although confined to a wheelchair in her later years, she continued to enjoy her friends and family. She also enjoyed listening to music, especially Elvis. Imogene was a member of the Spring City Methodist Church.

Imogene is also preceded in death by her husband Earl Robbins, her son David Earl Robbins, and her sister Patsy Baker.

Survivors include her brother Tommy Garrison of Kingston, Tennessee; her sister Wanda Sue Yates of Stephenson, Alabama; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, November 8, 2024 at 3:00 P.M. at Spring City Memorial Gardens with Rev. Dale Wyrick officiating. There will be no visitation.
