Dimitrius allowed me to share a couple of quotes from an letter to Rhea County Football fans back in 2014. Love these.

Dimitrius shared a snipet of his time at Dayton City School, He said 'Throughout middle school, I strived to be the best player around. In my sixth grade year, I was the first sixth grader to ever start at Dayton City School and that was an amazing goal that I accomplished.  We went 1-7 that season, and I was determined to make that change.  My seventh grade year got better, and we finished with four wins and three losses.  My eighth grade year got outstandingly better and we finished with six wins and two losses.  In my final game, we beat Whitwell 59-21, and I scored my career high of eight touchdowns.  We progressively improved as the years went by with hard work and motivation."

"I live for football; it is my pride, joy and first love! I can remember my days from the Little Eagles, to Dayton City School to now at Rhea County High School.  The football in my past has had the biggest impact on my life."
