Cynthia Lynn Cordell, age 54, passed away on December 29, 2025. She was born on September 20, 1971, in Prince George, Maryland.
She loved to cook, especially for her family, that she loved so much. She was known to spoil her grandkids. She was a lifelong resident of Dayton, where she managed the Save A Lots Store for the past eight years. She loved her employees and customers, she called them her friends.
She was preceded in death by Granny Beard. She is survived by her husband, James Cordell; children, Tyler (Kaylee) Ingram, Hunter Kennedy, Logan Rogers, Alyssa (Blayne) Perry, Marcus (Hanna) Cordell, and Robbie Cordell; grandchildren, Bentley, Paislee, Bryant “Bear”, Ian, Keaton, Maddison, Weston, and Liam; mother, Joy Patterson; siblings, Mitchell (Terry) Rogers, Time (Jamie) Rogers, and Candice (Lewis) Kinser; nieces and nephews, Conrad, Jacqueline, Timothy, Phillip, Rebecca, Zackery, and Lucas.
A memorial visitation will be held at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home on Sunday, January 4, 2026, from 2:00–4:00 PM.
