Harmony Raymer Scored off Libby Clift Assist For Lady Eagles

JV squad traveled to Chilhowee Middle Tuesday, 9-2-25, to play their Varsity squad again. The weather was gorgeous but the long, grassy field proved to be a big deterrence for the Eagles in the first half. Chilhowee was able to score first to make the halftime score 0-1. The Eagles came out in the 2nd half, adjusting to the longer grass better and controlling the tempo of the game more. Chilhowee was able to score again off a goalie deflected ball, but the Eagles never gave up and kept the pressure. Harmony Raymer was able to collect an assist off Libby Clift to get the Eagles on the board with 12 minutes left in the game. The Eagles kept up the relentless pressure and were on another drive in the 18 when the final whistle blew. JV lost 1-2 with their record now standing 3-2 for the season. Varsity squad face off Thursday at Sweetwater at 5pm and Friday at home at Spring City Middle School vs. Ocoee at 5:30pm
