Celie Patterson Berry Joins RCHS Volleyball Staff For 2024

Assistant Coach Berry Also Coaching Freshman Team

Evensville, TN -- Celie Patterson grew up in Rhea County and has spent most of her life in the community. She played volleyball for Stephanie Poe until her graduation in 2019. She attended Cleveland State to play volleyball and transferred after one year at Cleveland State to Tennessee Wesleyan to play volleyball and study for a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, which she earned in 2022.

Ceile married Tucker Berry, whom she met at Tennessee Wesleyan University in June 2023. Ceile got her feet wet last spring, coaching Spring City Middle School. This is Celie's first year coaching at Rhea County High School. She is an assistant on Coach Poe's staff and is the Freshman coach. She works at Spring City Elementary School as a Special Education Resource teacher. She coached the Spring City Middle School Volleyball team last Spring. She is also pursuing a Master's Degree in Special Education at Tennessee Wesleyan.
