October 1, 1931 ~ January 9, 2025

Vivian J. Hicks, 93, of Spring City, Tennessee went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 9, 2025, at her residence with her family by her side. She was born on October 1, 1931, in Chattanooga, Tennessee to the late George and Vita (Campbell) Hanes.

She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas V. Hicks. She enjoyed camping and cooking and being with her family, which are all close and were with her often. She loved her immediate family and her church family at Texas Grove Baptist Church in Evensville, Tennessee.

Survivors include her daughters Jean (Gary) Dickey and Judy Wallace, and son Joseph Hicks; grandchildren Pam (Keith) May, Paula Lyke, and Jim (Karen) Wallace, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great great granddaughter.

The burial will be in the Chattanooga National Cemetery, on Thursday, January 16, 2025.
