Junior Varsity Wins Two of Three Games For Win

Athens, TN -- Spring City Middle School Volleyball won varsity and junior varsity matches played againt McMinn East on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. The junior varsity began the night with hard earned 3-game match win over McMinn with 15-13 third game win and varsity also won two-of-three for their match win with third game 15-10 win.

JV (18-25, 25-10, 15-13) W
Kelsi Goins played her best all around game of the year so far with 11 service points, 2 kills and a dig. Madeline Fisher also also played well with 4 service points, a dig, and a kill. Chloe Worthington added 7 service points.
V (20-25, 25-18, 15-10) W
Worthington had 8 service winners, 2 digs, and a kill. She continued her excellent setter play. Maelyn cook had 7 service points and 2 kills. Cook continues to be the spark on offense when we need it. She is vocal and turning into a leader on the court. Kennedi Pruett had 4 aces. Mia Swafford hustles as much as anyone on the team which allowed her to get 3 kills and a dig.
