Tyler Garrison Leads Bulldogs on Offense and Defense

Clinton, TN -- Spring City moved its record to 2-1 with a 36-22 win at Clinton Middle School on Thursday, August 19, 2021. Bulldogs took 20-0 lead at half and worked in a lot of reserves in the second half on the way to the win. The 2-1 Bulldogs will host Robertsville at 7 pm on Thursday, August 26, 2021.

Scoring summary:

Kaiden Rector 1 TD and 2, 2 point conversions. Zane Walker 1 TD.
Caleb Houston 1 TD reception from Rector.
Ethan Cunningham 1 TD rushing and a 64 yard TD on kickoff return.
Tyler Lee 1, 2 point conversions.

Coach Anthony Loden said, "Everything went well at Clinton. Junior Varsity played most of the second half and they played very well against their varsity. Varsity played well in the first half. We are fortunate to have players stepping up this year. Tyler Garrison had a great game on the offensive and defensive side of the ball."
