Rhea Baseball Rides 3-Run 3rd For Win

Evensville, TN -- On Monday 3/24/25, Rhea County Middle School baseball hosted Sale Creek. Rhea Middle scored 3 runs in the third inning to take a 4-2 lead they would not relinquish. Jack Barnes got the start and pitched 3 strong innings, giving up 1 hits and 2 runs, 1 unearned. Deacon Giles pitched 1 inning of perfect relief. Four Eagles had hits, including Logan Kinney, Bo Owensby, Easton Bell and J.D. Little. Bo Owensby, Ean Sherill(3) and Logan Kinney(2) had stolen bases for Rhea.

Sale Creek's Sawyer Hicks had the lone hit for the Panthers. Jacob Brown and Bently Painter each had runs. Elijah Morrow, Louie stepenson and Sylis Delvalle pitched for Sale Creek. Stephenson took the loss for the Panthers.
