Lady Eagles Use 12 Run First to Win

Benton, TN - On September 10, 2024 the Rhea County Middle School softball team traveled to play Chilhowee Middle School. Lady Eagles opened with 12 run first inning and finished with the 20-2 win in 3 innings. Deliah Johnson led Rhea with 4 hits and Mia Alday, Serinitee Jackson and Bristol Lane each had 2 hits on the night. Mycah Butler, Serenitee Jackson and Deliah Johnson had 3 RBI in the game. Madison May pitched 3 innings on mound, giving up 2 runs while walking 1 and striking out 4.
