Robinson Wins Sectionals Matches at Warren County High School

McMinnville, TN -- 2/17/23 Ace Robinson (138lbs) advances to the state tournament. He won sectionals at Warren co. High school on Saturday defeating Walker valley’s Christian Wilson(ranked 6th in state) by pin in the semi finals and then defeating Blackman Thomas Rubio (ranked 4th in state) by decision 9-7 in the championship finals. He will compete at the state tournament beginning on Friday 2/23-2/24 in Franklin Tn.

Allen Graham, Martin Campos, and Mason Phillips wrestled very well but fell short. The three wrestlers were eliminated in the deciding match (consolation semis). They all wrestled well, beating higher seeds but fell one match shy of advancement.
