Joseph Daniel Barnes, age 41 of Evensville, passed away in Dayton on Monday, February 5, 2024. He was born in Clayton County, GA, on January 9, 1983.

Joseph lived in Clayton County, Georgia, until moving to Evensville in 2007. He was employed as a fork lift operator for Ten Cate Grass in Dayton.

Joseph is survived by his parents, James Patrick (Shelley) Barnes of North Carolina and Tammie Ruth (Skaggs) Ritchie of Oklahoma; his companion, Andria Roberts of Dayton; his children, Christopher Fitzgibbon, Jaylee Barnes, Weston Barnes, Taylin Barnes, and Grayson Roberts, all of Dayton; his siblings, Jacob Grissom of Oklahoma and Renee Bryant, Kevin Barronton, Craig Wilson, and Brett Wilson, all of Georgia; and his grandmother, Jimmie Barnes of Evensville.

Funeral services for Joseph will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 12:00 noon in the funeral home chapel. He will be laid to rest in Rhea Memory Gardens.
