January 19, 1959 - May 30, 2025

Marcia Ann Grasham, 66 left our mortal plane of existence to go fishing with the angels on Friday,May 30, 2025.

She was born on January 19, 1959 and was a lifelong resident of Spring City. Here, she was able to live a peaceful life surrounded by many, many family members; both of blood and friendship who cared for and loved her deeply; especially her dear friends Wanda and Linda.

Marcia was a graduate of Rhea County High School and attended Bethel Baptist Church. She worked hard all of her life, including a long stretch that led her into retirement from Alba Health. Marcia was a lover of the little things in life, such as a great cup of coffee, the music of Bob Segar and Garth Brooks, NASCAR races on Sunday afternoons and Atlanta Braves baseball.

Marcia’s spirit was greeted in the afterlife by her parents Dean and Jean Grasham and her sister-in-law and dear confident Donnita Grasham; who was no doubt there to embrace her with open arms into the peaceful fields of eternity.

She was a loving sister to Terry Grasham and Donna Grasham Carr, a wonderful aunt to Lakeda Grasham Caldwell (who was her favorite) and Wyatt Grasham, a kind grandmother to Gage Grasham and a wise and caring mother to her sons Jason and Justin Grasham. Marcia was able to see her family grow through River, Canyon and Tiller; knowing that the same kindness she showed towards others will be able to carry on through them and anyone else fortunate enough to have crossed paths with her throughout her walk of life. May her spirit rest easy.

As per her request, Marcia will be cremated with no visitation or service. A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
