December 26, 1939 - June 15, 2024

Henry “Edward” Turner, age 84 of Dayton, passed away on Saturday, June 15, 2024, at his residence. He was born in Hernando, Mississippi, on December 26, 1939, the son of the late Luther G. Turner and Ruth (Massey) Turner. He was also preceded in death by his two sons, Kevin Turner and William Davis.

Edward was a long-time resident of Blairsville, Georgia, graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi State University; and was a chemical salesman. He was a Mason and Shriner and attended the House of Prayer in Blairsville.

Edward is survived by his wife of 49 years, Betty Carolyn (Williams) Turner of Harrison; his two daughters, Linda (Hassan) Sebbana of Dayton and Terri Kay Turner of Mississippi; his son, Dr. Kenneth Edward (Bunny) Turner of Johnson City, TN; and his many grandchildren.

There will be no services for Edward.
