Donnie Hindman passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at his home in Dayton, TN. Born on July 6, 1949 in Soddy Daisy, TN, Donnie was preceded in death by his parents, James and Jessie Hindman, and his siblings, Tommy Hindman, Kenny Hindman, and Glenda Hindman.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Lois Hindman; children Ray (Brenda) Hindman, Linda (Chris) Blaylock, Tim (Amy) Clark, and Greg Clark; brother Glen (Alice) Hindman; grandchildren Taylor (Brittany) Hindman, Jessica Hindman, Bryan Blaylock, Diana Blaylock, Ashleigh Clark, Nick (Shauna) Clark, Bradley Clark, Caleb Clark, & Pearl Clark; and great-grandchildren Bentley Culver, Chevy Blaylock, Hunter Clark and Nelly Clark.

Donnie was a retired welder and mechanic with a lifelong passion for cars. He enjoyed spending his retirement working on Chevy trucks and making trades. He enjoyed quiet days sitting on the porch with his loving wife.

Services will be held for Donnie on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at Coulter Garrison Funeral Home will Chaplain Mike Jackson officiating.  Family will receive visitors from 1:30pm until the funeral at 3:00pm. His burial will be at Buttram Cemetery in Rhea County, Tennessee
