Hallman's 10 Points Lead Bees to Win
11/16/23 -- Dayton, TN
Dayton hosted Fort Loudon in basketball action on Thursday, November 16, 2023. Lenoir City boys jumped out to 9-6 lead at end of quarter and 14-7 lead early in second quarter on strength of some good outside shooting as they hit for 3 treys in first quarter. Bees responded with a 13-6 advantage from that point to take a 20-16 halftime advantage. Bees also won the third quarter to enlarge lead to 6 points at 29 to 23. Fort Loudon fought back to cut the lead, but Dayton prevailed 33-30. Landon Hallman led the Bees with 10 points and he was supported by Harrison Tilley(7), Korey Pelfrey(6), Zane Shaffer(6) and Logan Lair (2). Ramsey led Fort Loudon with 7 points and Freels and Villatoro added 5 points each.
