Lady Eagles Open Season At White County

3/6/24 Evensville, TN == Rhea County High School will begin their first season in Flag Football as a club team this year with their first game on the road against White County on April 5, 2024 with 5:30 pm start time.

Head Coach Brian Kamer shared how the team got off the ground at Rhea County High School. "I have always had an interest in coaching football, and I even played flag football in an intramural league at Bryan College. After speaking with some of the seniors from last year, they wished they could have had girls’ flag football as an option, and, after gauging some interest, found a pretty large group of girls that were more than ready to get a program started. We have been meeting since September of last year, and we have grown since then with at least 20 signed up to play. I have two assistants, two student assistants, and my wife Hannah is the “Team Mom.” My two assistants are my brother Jared Kamer (who played for the high school) and Tiffany Stinson (ESports coach). My student assistants are Dominic “Dom” Dye and Jesse Cox."
