32 Students Win 68 First, Second and Third Place Medals in Chattanooga Martial Arts Competition

Chattanooga, TN --Johnson's TaeKwonDo Academy competed at the Chattanooga Martial Arts TaeKwonDo Championships on November 6, 2021. 10 Different academies from nearby Tennessee, Alabama and Georgia communities competed in the tournament. Competitors participated in sparing and board breaking.

Johnson’s TaeKwonDo Academy students competed in forms, sparring, and board breaking. Students have been training all year for this tournament.

Competitors brought home, as a collective total, over 68 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place medals in Forms, Sparring, & Board Breaking categories.

Since 2001, Chief Instructor & 5th Degree Black Belt, Brannon Johnson has 20 years of martial arts experience. While the Dayton TaeKwonDo School has been a part of the Dayton, TN & Rhea County community since early 1998, Mr. Brannon Johnson and his instructors have been serving the area for the past 8 years. Mr. Johnson and his staff are dedicated to providing top-notch training and understanding throughout a student's entire martial arts journey. Students ages 4 & up are able to exercise while learning traditional TaeKwonDo techniques & learning to live by traditional TaeKwonDo tenets on & off the mats.
