Rhea County's Tournament Championship Continues Season Success

Evensville, TN -- Rhea County High School volleyball ran their season record to 22-10 and won the "Golden Eagle Classic" vollyball tournament at Rhea County High School over the weekend. Eagles won against East Hamilton and Hixson on their way to the tournament championship.

Recently they have been on a roll as they ran their season record to 22-10. They had wins over Ooltewah, Warren County, Stone Memorial, Boyd Buchanan and Soddy during that stretch coming into the tournament over the weekend.

Coach Stephanie Burgiss was very proud of the effort of her team in the tournament and throughout the season.
