It is with deep sorrow and heartfelt love that we announce the passing of Mary Lou Jones, who left us on December 14, 2024, at the age of seventy-five. Mary was born on July 5, 1949, in Dayton, TN to the late John Audy and Clara Isabel Revis Jones.

Mary was known for her love of family, collecting stuffed animals, beanie babies, and dolls. She loved Elvis Presley, Loretta Lynn and Dolly Parton. Throughout her life, she touched the hearts of all who knew her, leaving a lasting legacy of love, laughter, and compassion. She was smart, kind, and a hard worker; working at Oster for nineteen and a half years before spending another twenty-three years at Kayser-Roth.

Mary was preceded in death by their parents, John Audy and Clara Isabel Revis Jones, two brothers, Jimmy and Jerry Jones, and two sisters, Judy Jones and Nancy Sherill.

Mary is survived by her son, Bobby Allen Jones of Dayton, TN; daughter, Rachel Ann Barrows and her husband Jeremy of Appleton, WI; one brother, Johnny Jones of Dayton, TN; two grandchildren, Zoey Page and Acelyn Nevah Jones; and special niece, Carla Sampley and her husband Mike of Dayton, TN and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday, December 18 at 2:00 PM at Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. LJ Davis presiding. Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 17 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Coulter-Garrison Funeral Home. Interment will follow at French Cemetery.
